Our mission
Established in 1923, CCSS is a nonprofit dedicated to safe, structured shooting sports education and community support in Cheshire County.
At Cheshire County Shooting Sports, our mission is to educate and mentor youth and adults in safe, responsible shooting sports while fostering confidence, discipline, and respect.
Through structured programs and professional range management, we provide a safe environment where individuals and families can develop skill, responsibility, and community connection.
“The Foundation… has provided facilities, personnel, equipment, and instruction that has affected many people… There have been innumerable opportunities for individuals, families, and friends to enhance marksmanship for personal development, competition, or becoming a more ethical hunter.”
— Mike Morrison
